Some Social Things
Bit of Alright is on Twitter, and you can also find a twitter list of all the organisers and speakers here. Also related to Twitter, Bit of Alright is on Lanyrd too. If you want an easy way to look through the speakers and some of the people who are going, it’s a great resource and I’d recommend adding yourself to it.
Originally, I didn’t intend to have a Twitter account for Bit of Alright, but this way people who want to follow the event but not me can. If you want politics, feminism, geeky stuff and occasional filth/profanity with your games stuff, you can follow main organiser Nachimir. If you just want to follow this event, alrightthere is the account for you.
I’ve also decided on a hashtag for it. Given that boa, and aboa are far too common search results, let’s go for #boa2012. It’s not exclusive to us, but I think we’ll manage to share it for a little while.
Tickets!
Tickets are now available through Eventbrite. The first lot of early ones are only £20, and that lasts until they run out, or Christmas day. Whichever comes first.
After that, they’ll get a little bit more expensive.
